In keeping with the southern Mediterranean style of Burrata Bistro, chef Kim Tomlinson created the Paella Bar.

With over 30 years experience in the food and beverage industry, Kim has “done it all” in the restaurant business from working the back to the front—from the kitchens to the front door. Completely self-taught, Kim has been creating and experimenting with authentic dishes from Europe and beyond since childhood.

In opening Paella Bar the sister restaurant to Burrata Bistro, Kim has taken her passion for flavor and created full menu of tapas and paella to enjoy in the lively atmosphere of the Paella Bar.
